Guest applications

When you apply to be a guest, we collect your name, email, role and company, optional profile link, chosen topic, and the story you share. We store your application in Cloudflare D1 and send a notification to the show's team through Amazon SES.

We use these details to review your application, plan potential episodes, and contact you about the show. Applying does not subscribe you to a newsletter, and we do not sell your application details.

Storage and your choices

Applications are retained while we consider guests for future episodes. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your application by emailing yoav@syqel.com.

Site services

Cloudflare hosts this website and processes technical information needed to serve it and protect it from abuse. We temporarily store a rotating hash of your network address to limit repeat submissions; those records expire after a maximum of two hours. If a security challenge is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile checks the form submission.

Video and external links

Episodes use YouTube's privacy-enhanced player. We load the player only after you choose to play an episode. YouTube, Substack, and LinkedIn have their own privacy policies when you visit or interact with their services.
